方向五:电能变换与新能源系统

近十年代表性科研成果情况介绍
本方向近十年发表EI、SCI论文30余篇,获得军队科技进步一等奖1项。在机电能量转换方面取得了大量具有重要实用价值的理论成果,其中部分研究成果已经应用于国防军工,为提高国防军工装备的现代化水平做出了贡献。本方向在大力发展科研的过程中积极与方向相关的电网公司、海尔集团等大型国企及股份制企业合作,为企业解决了一定的技术难题,为地方经济社会发展做出了重要贡献。

方向七:先进纺织制造

近十年代表性科研成果情况介绍
  本学科以行业需求和区域经济为导向,以重大科研项目为支撑,通过打造特色优势学科方向,取得了行业和区域领先地位,与企业积极开展产学研合作,科技成果转化成绩斐然,取得了显著的社会经济效益。近五年授权171项发明专利,国家科技进步二等奖1项,省部级奖励8项,科研经费总额达12855.5万元,科技成果转化百余项,产生经济效益百亿元,得到社会广泛认可。
  “天然多糖类系列纤维的开发及产业化关键技术”,实现海藻类纤维千吨级生产能力,获得2016年“纺织之光”纺织工业联合会科技进步一等奖,整体技术居国际领先水平,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。染整工程居全国前列,“高精度圆网印花及清洁生产关键技术研发与产业化”项目,填补了我国圆网印花领域的多项技术空白,标志着我国在该领域达到了国际先进水平,产生间接经济效益一百多亿元,获得2015年度国家科技进步二等奖。静电纺丝研究在国际和国内均具有一定影响力,并在新技术开发及产业化等方面形成了优势和特色。石墨烯功能纤维、植物源抗菌纤维均已经产业化,“功能性石墨烯/再生纤维素复合纤维”整体技术达到国际先进水平,科技成果转化给济南圣泉集团,为企业创造近亿元经济效益。在天然纤维结构分析、初加工机理与高质化技术、纤维集合体成型理论及调控技术等方面形成了特色和优势。成功构建了天然纤维高质化加工与综合利用平台,奠定了在该领域的优势地位,纤维多组分加工理论与技术研究独成体系。相关科研成果在纺织企业实现成果转化,为企业创造巨大经济效益,其中麻基特种功能纺织品系列科研成果已在山东蒙阴大成纺织建设千吨级示范生产线。本学科对全国纺织行业,尤其是山东纺织行业的创新发展和转型升级产生了很大的推动作用和影响。
